When i'm gone away from home, I didn't really imagine taking pictures of things i've seen my whole life..but since I've gotten a new addition, the Nikon D90, it takes my travels to a whole new adventure. Ever since the beginnin of this summer I started to get more interested with the whole camera concept. I imagined me not doing it at all, just sticking with what I knew..I'm glad I did, I wish I could have gotten the camera a lot sooner though. Lots and Lots of photo opportunites out there..
Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. November 3, 2010. Great weather, I was suprised to get a good/alright picture of it. I know i'll miss seeing this when I head back home to Colorado soon.
Where my grandma's sit...they hardly come outside due to the weather changing and the fact that they can't hardly get around as much anymore. Empty chairs wait for the spring weather to come next year, hopefully I'll get the a chance to come back down then..
Trees are still full of life, autumn hasn't fully reached the Oklahoman plains just quite yet..
A lonley bridge where my sister stands, a lonley creek, both are ways to cross over to a playground where I used to play every summer when I would visit good ol' El Reno, Oklahoma..Family around, sit and talk while the children would go and play in the Oklahoma weather..nice cool breeze, wind rustling the leaves while the light sound of car engines and honks...boy, how I miss my younger years..
Photographs Copyrighted Krista RichardsLast but not least, Lake El Reno..it's been around 10 or less years since i've really been back here. I don't quite remember much but it was good to sit and watch the wind put the water and trees around..oh how i'll miss going home..
